Professional experience
Mr. Jacobs joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2003 and is an Associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Counsel to Integris, Inc. in Billerica, Massachusetts, and prior to that he served as Assistant General Counsel to Wheelhouse Corporation in Burlington, Massachusetts. Mr. Jacobs' practice is concentrated in general business representation, corporation and limited liability company formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, not-for-profit corporation representation, as well as municipal and education law.

Mr. Jacobs is a member of the New York State and Broome County Bar Associations.  He is Chair of the Broome County Bar Association Municipal Law Committee.
