Biography
Corinne joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2025 and practices in the areas of Public Law, Real Estate, and Business and Banking. She graduated from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2022 with a Juris Doctor and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Sacred Heart University. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
Prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart, Corinne practiced in the private sector as an Associate Attorney at a law firm in Secaucus, New Jersey, where she developed a well established practice representing developers and property owners in complex land use and real estate development matters. Her work focused on commercial real estate development, land use and planning, and zoning law. She regularly appeared before planning boards and zoning boards and worked closely with engineers, planners, and environmental agencies to guide projects through the municipal approval process and secure the approvals necessary to advance large scale development projects.
Earlier in her career at that firm, Corinne served as a Paralegal and Law Clerk, supporting public finance matters and gaining early experience with municipal and development related transactions. This work provided a strong foundation for her later private sector land use practice and her current public law work.
Corinne gained early public sector experience with the City of Bayonne Law Department and Municipal Court, where she supported municipal attorneys and prosecutors. She later interned with the Connecticut General Assembly for Deputy Speaker Kevin Ryan, where she received a General Assembly Citation for exemplary service.
Corinne’s private sector development background informs her current public law and transactional practice, allowing her to approach matters with an understanding of both applicant and governmental perspectives. She is committed to building long term professional roots in the region and providing reliable, practical guidance to her clients.
Outside of her legal practice, Corinne has a longstanding interest in horses and has volunteered with Pony Power Therapies in Mahwah, New Jersey, where she assisted children with special needs through equine therapy programs.”
