Biography
Logan A. Nagle joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2024 and is an associate with the firm's Litigation and Labor & Employment practice groups. He possesses several years of litigation experience. A native of Windsor, New York, Nagle is dedicated to serving the legal needs of the community.
Before returning to the area, Logan practiced law with a large regional firm in Pennsylvania, where he focused on litigation involving insurance defense and general liability in Camp Hill and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. His experience includes a broad range of trial preparation, advocacy, and case resolution strategies.
Logan earned his J.D. from Penn State Law in 2020, where he demonstrated his courtroom acumen as a member and later coach of the ABA Moot Court Team. He was also published in the Journal of Law and International Affairs. His publications include Going Postal: President Trump and the United States' Tumultuous Current Relationship with the Universal Postal Union, and Its Effect on the International Shipment of Opioids, 8 Penn. St. J.L. & Int'l Aff. 264 (2020).
Logan was a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers Mock Trial Competition Team. He was selected to The Order of Barristers for exhibiting excellence in Courtroom Advocacy. He gained valuable judicial insight during law school as an intern to Senior Judge McAvoy and a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge William “Skip” Arbuckle.
Logan works at both the firm's Binghamton and Montrose offices. Outside of work, he is an avid trail and ultra-runner who enjoys competing in obstacle course races.
