Associate Attorneys

In addition to the firm’s summer associate/law school recruitment programs, and to better serve our clients, Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. extends offers to select attorneys who are already in private practice. Due to the firm’s continuous growth, lateral hires allow the firm to enhance our capabilities in our various practice areas by adding pre-trained attorneys. Lateral placements will be considered for associate or of counsel positions as appropriate.

Aside from past legal experience, we seek candidates with solid academic credentials, outstanding communication skills and superior interpersonal abilities. We want people who are individually motivated but who can operate as part of a team. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for a position.
