Jeremy E. Yzeik

Jeremy joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2024 and is an associate practicing primarily out of the Montrose office. He is a dedicated attorney with deep roots in Pennsylvania. A graduate of Holy Cross High School in Dunmore, Jeremy continued his academic and athletic journey at Wilkes University, where he played baseball while earning degrees in Criminology, Sociology, and Business Management. 

Jeremy’s areas of practice are concentrated in Real Estate and Estate Planning. He works closely with clients to ensure smooth real estate transactions, offering solutions to mitigate risks for both buyers and sellers. In estate planning, Jeremy is committed to helping families build thorough and personalized plans for their futures, ensuring every detail is handled with care. 

Prior to joining Coughlin and Gerhart, LLP, Jeremy worked as an associate attorney at Barna Law in Honesdale, PA. There, he oversaw all aspects of residential real estate transactions and guided clients through the formation and dissolution of business entities, offering comprehensive legal support for corporate management.
