Paul F. Eaton

Mr. Eaton joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP as an Of Counsel attorney in 2017, specializing in the areas of estate planning and administration. Prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, Mr. Eaton was a partner in the firm of Eaton & Griffith (1973-2016).
Mr. Eaton is a member of the Delaware County and New York State Bar Associations. He is a former Delaware County District Attorney and a former member of the Committee on Professional Standards (Attorney Grievance Committee) for the 3rd Judicial Department. As a former municipal law attorney, he has represented several towns and fire districts, as well as the Village of Sidney and the Village of Sidney Industrial Development Agency.
Mr. Eaton is a member of American Legion Post 183 and has rendered legal services to numerous civic organizations to include the Sidney United Way, Fire Department, Hospital Foundation, Boys and Girls Club, Dollars for Scholars and Veterans Memorial Park Foundation.
