Bio

Ms. McCarroll joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP, in 2023, following in-house counsel in the technology
and private equity spaces. Prior to joining the firm, she also worked as an Attorney Advisor for the
Small Business Administration. Ms. McCarroll has experience with development and negotiation of
managed care services contracts, NDAs, employment agreements, policy and procurement documents,
and various other contracts. In addition, she has advised on compliance issues and healthcare legal
issues, and used legal research techniques to review cases and develop recommendations. Ms. McCarroll
is an associate in the firm and concentrates on Real Estate Law, Trusts & Estates, and Business &
Banking Law. She is a member of the Mental Health Law & New Lawyers Institute Committees for the
New York City Bar Association, the Metropolitan Black Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers and
Women Lawyer Divisions for the National Bar Association. Ms. McCarroll is an active member of Delta
Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.
