Oliver N. Blaise III


Mr. Blaise joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 1997 and is a Partner in the firm. His areas of practice include trial and appellate level work in civil litigation in a variety of areas, and representation of local municipalities and emergency service organizations. His civil litigation work includes intellectual property, personal injury, commercial and contract disputes in state and federal courts, as well as work before a variety of state administrative agencies. His municipal representation includes school districts, towns, villages and fire districts, as well as volunteer fire and ambulance companies.

Mr. Blaise is a member of the New York State, Northern District of New York, and Tompkins County Bar Associations, and is currently serving as the President of the Broome County Bar Association.  He is on the board of directors for the United Way of Broome County and is a member of the Binghamton Sertoma Club.
