Keith is an Associate in Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP's Business & Banking and Litigation Departments, where he represents and advises business entities and individual clients on a wide range of legal issues. Keith is a member of the New York State, Broome County, and District of Columbia Bar Associations.

After practicing in the Washington, DC office of the international law firm of Ropes & Gray, LLP for nearly four years upon graduating law school in 2009, Keith returned to his hometown of Binghamton, NY and joined Coughlin & Gerhart in 2013. Keith has had experience and engaged in complex civil and business litigation, white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and the defense of government enforcement investigations initiated by the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Federal Trade Commission. Keith has also advised corporations undergoing mergers and acquisitions, and further advised clients on a variety of other business-related transactions and agreements.

During law school, Keith served as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York.
