General Business Counseling: From formation to dissolution, we can act the role of general counsel to any size business entity. The Business and Banking attorneys focus on determining the entity best suited for particular clients, and then continue to counsel such entity as to its internal organization and governance, commercial and business transactions, and restructuring of the business entity itself. Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy: In connection with our representation of various financial institutions, our attorneys practice in the area of creditors’ rights as it relates to bankruptcy filings by making appearances on behalf of secured and unsecured creditors in Bankruptcy Court, negotiating workouts and forbearance agreements, and generally acting to protect creditors’ rights in connection with insolvent debtors. Our attorneys are also well versed in collection work.
