Driving Directions

From the North (Syracuse)

From Exit 4 S

Continue straight after the traffic light (Cross Street- Fredrick) onto Rte. 363. (Rte. 7 becomes Rte. 363 South (aka Brandywine).

Cross over 2 bridges, past Susquehanna St. exit.

Go past Vestal Rt. 434 exit. Take the next right exit. Follow signs for Arena/Business District and Washington Street.

Continue straight on Washington St. through a flashing light. Go past the Broome County Arena on your right. Continue to the traffic light and turn right onto Hawley Street. Move to left lane.

Proceed 1 block to the next traffic light and turn left onto State Street. Continue on State St. through the next traffic light (corner of State and Court Streets).

To park in the State St. ramp, turn right about one-half block later into ramp entrance.

At entrance gate be sure to take a parking ticket, which our receptionist will validate for you.

Once parked (elevator is in center of garage, stairs- center and ends) go to Level 2. Go left towards side of garage and turn right, to a side walk outside, along the side of the garage. Look on your left for the covered walkway between two buildings. Go through it.

At end of walkway take a right onto Chenango Street sidewalk and enter 19 Chenango Street on your right. Go to the 12th floor reception area.

If parking on Chenango St. or dropping off in front of building:

Continue past parking garage on State St. Take the next right onto Henry Street at the next traffic light. Take another right at the next traffic light onto Chenango Street. Proceed about 1 block to 19 Chenango Street, which is on the right hand side. Go to 12th floor

There may not be available on-street parking, so it's best to proceed to the State Street parking garage, with instructions above. If you are disabled, you may want to be dropped off in front of the building, if on-street parking isn't available.
