Biography
Beth E. Westfall joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 1986 and is of counsel with the firm. Primarily working out of the firm’s Bainbridge and Walton offices, she focuses her practice in the areas of Estate Planning and Estate Administration, Elder Law, Real Estate Law, and Municipal Law. Beth is active in the Broome and Otsego County Bar Associations, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. From 2004 – 2006, Beth served as the sixth judicial district representative to the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Trust and Estates Section.
Beth has served on the Board of Directors for Good Shepherd Communities in various capacities from 1997 until 2014. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the RBM Foundation, a charitable foundation which provides financial support to community organizations in the Colesville area. She also serves on the Development Committee of the Community Foundation for South Central New York.
