Professional experience
Mr. Sante joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2004 and is an Associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sante was an associate with a Long Island, NY firm specializing in litigation of commercial debt collection matters, and additionally participated in that firm's residential real estate practice group. Prior to that Mr. Sante was an associate with a Wall Street firm specializing in the financing of tax-exempt development projects for various New York industrial development agencies. Mr. Sante's current practice is concentrated in civil litigation, including personal injury litigation, intellectual property rights and insurance defense.
