Mr. Jones joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1990 and is a Partner in the firm.  He is a member of the firm's Management Committee. He is experienced in handling civil trials and appeals in a wide range of litigation, including real property litigation, personal injury, contract disputes, estate litigation and workers' compensation. He limits his practice to litigation, particularly in the areas of gas & oil litigation, estate litigation, motor vehicle/construction site personal injury, and theft of cable and satellite services.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Broome County and New York State Bar Associations. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers and American Association for Justice. Mr. Jones is also a member in the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law subsection of the New York State Bar Association.
