Professional experience
Mr. Jones joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1990 and is a Partner in the firm.  He is Chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. His experience includes civil trials and appeals in a wide range of personal injury, contract and municipal liability issues, workers' compensation and Social Security. He concentrates in construction site and motor vehicle personal injury, theft of cable services and school district liability.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Broome County and New York State Bar Associations. He is an active member in the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law subsection of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Jones is also an active member of the American Trial Lawyers Association.
