Professional experience
Mr. Jones joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1990 and is a Partner in the firm.  He is Chair of the firm's Litigation Practice Group. He is experienced in handling civil trials and appeals in a wide range of litigation including personal injury, contract disputes, estate litigation and workers’ compensation. He concentrates in construction site and motor vehicle personal injury, products liability, premises liability, theft of cable and satellite services, estate litigation, and school district liability.

Mr. Jones is a member of the Broome County and New York State Bar Associations. He is an active member in the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law subsection of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Jones is also an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers and American Association for Justice.
