Professional experience
Ms. Inneo joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1993 and is a Partner in the Firm, as well as a Member of the Management Committee. Her experience includes a wide range of business and banking issues, including business formation, general business counseling, contracts, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate and commercial lending.

Other
Ms. Inneo is a member of the Broome County, New York State, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. She served on the Board of Directors of the Broome County Industrial Development Agency from 1997 to 2000 and on the Board of Directors of the Broome County Bar Association from 1998 to 2000. Ms. Inneo served as Chair of the Binghamton University Community Campaign Foundation in 2004-2005. She is a member of the Triple Cities Business and Professional Women’s Organization and served as President of the Organization for the club year 2002-2003. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of AAA Southern New York and a member of SCORE Counselors to America’s Small Business. Ms. Inneo is a frequent speaker for business organizations, such as SCORE and the Small Business Development Center of SUNY Binghamton on business related topics, such as contracts, buying and selling a business, commercial leasing, and formation of business entities.
