Mr. Guy was a Partner in the firm from 1955 to 1995, and is currently Of Counsel. Mr. Guy's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, personal taxation and real estate.

Mr. Guy is a member of the Broome County, New York State and American Bar Associations, and the Trusts and Estates section of the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Guy has been active on several local not-for-profit organization boards, including the American Heart Association, Broome Legal Assistance Corporation, Family and Children's Society and Fenton Library. He is a member of the Trust Fund Committee of the United Way of Broome County and Good Shepherd Fairview Foundation. He has been active in both St. Mark's and St. Andrew's Episcopal churches.
