Professional experience
Mr. Guy joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 1986 and  is a Partner in the firm.  He is Chair of the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group.  Mr. Guy's practice is concentrated in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, business planning, taxation and real estate.

Mr. Guy lectures frequently on estate planning topics, and has been active on several local not-for-profit boards, including Roberson Museum & Science Center, Inc., the Discovery Center of the Southern Tier, Inc., and the American Heart Association, Mid-State Region. He is a member of the Broome County, New York State and American Bar Associations, and the Trusts and Estates sections of those associations.
