Ms. Dmitriev joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2008 and is an Associate in the firm.  Her areas of practice include litigation and labor and employment law.

Ms. Dmitriev is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Broome County Bar Association. She is on the Board of Directors of Cornell Extension of Broome County, coach of the Women's Binghamton University Crew Team, member of the Triple Cities Business & Professional Women, as well as a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team in Training.
