Professional experience
Ms. Bojdak joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2005 and is an Associate with the firm. Ms. Bojdak is in the Business and Banking practice group. Her practice concentrates on general business matters, business entity formation, commercial transactions, commercial lending, foreclosures and workouts, collection matters and bankruptcy (creditor side).

Prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P., Ms. Bojdak was an Associate at a Las Vegas firm with a general commercial practice, including civil litigation, representing creditors in bankruptcy matters, and commercial transactions. 

Other
Ms. Bojdak is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Broome County Bar Association, the Nevada State Bar Association, and member and past President of the Triple Cities Business and Professional Women’s organization.  She serves on the Board of Directors of ACCORD, A Center for Dispute Resolution, Inc. and Southern Tier Aids Program. She is a 2009 graduate of the Broome Leadership Institute program.
