Mr. Barber joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2007 and is "Of Counsel" with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Barber was a partner in the law firm Pearis, Kline & Barber, LLP. Mr. Barber concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Estate, Wills and Estates.

Mr. Barber has been a member of the Broome County Bar Association since 1963. He is a past director of the Broome County Bar association and was Chairman of the Young Lawyers Section of the New York State Bar Association from 1973 to 1974.
