Professional experience
Ms. Aton joined Coughlin & Gerhart, L.L.P. in 2007 and is an Associate with the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Aton practiced with the firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, a large New York City firm, where she specialized in commercial real estate and corporate finance transactions and also practiced in the areas of project finance and leveraged and synthetic leasing. Her areas of practice now include business and banking and municipal law.

Ms. Aton is a member of the Broome County, New York State and American Bar Associations. She is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. She is on the Board of Directors of the Discovery Center.
